We ship across New Zealand, Australia, and internationally from Auckland, NZ. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times: New Zealand 1–4 business days, Australia 3–7 business days, International up to 20 business days. Delivery fees apply at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or replacements only for faulty items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging. Exchanges may be offered for size or style (subject to availability and approval). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
