SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship throughout New Zealand, Australia, and internationally.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders within New Zealand are shipped daily via courier service and processed at 10:00am on business days. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Estimated delivery times: North Island 1–3 business days, South Island 2–4 business days, International up to 20 business days. Please note delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing. Deliveries may require a signature and are generally made between 7:00am–5:00pm on weekdays.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping — $8 NZD
Rural Shipping — $15 NZD

International

Australia — Flat rate $20 NZD
International (excluding USA) — Flat rate $30 NZD
USA — Flat rate $40 NZD

Please note international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. As charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUND POLICY

Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the fault. The fault must not have been disclosed prior to purchase. If approved, you will be entitled to a refund to the original payment method or a replacement item of equal value. If we are not contacted within 7 days, a refund may no longer be available, however we may offer a replacement product of equal value at our discretion. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item does not fit or suit, we may offer an exchange for an alternative colourway or style of equal value, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Age Eyewear. To request an exchange, please email us with your order details and preferred replacement style or colourway. Please return your item to: Age Eyewear, 1B, 432 Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland 1026, New Zealand. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional charge.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final. They cannot be refunded or exchanged.
