DELIVERIES

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We deliver New Zealand wide as well as internationally.  International locations include:
 Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Middle East, Asia, United Kingdom and
 USA.

DELIVERY TIMES

Goods are sent From Auckland New Zealand daily. All orders within New Zealand are shipped via courier service and are processed at 10am on working days. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed within 24 hours of the next working day. Please allow 1-3 working days for the North Island and 2-4 working days to the South Island.. Deliveries may require a signature and will generally be made between 7am-5pm on weekdays.

International shipments require 5 - 15 working days to arrive.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is FREE to New Zealand and Australia 

Rest of the world, flat rate of $40 NZD

Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

 

 

RETURNS

REFUND POLICY

Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty. 

Under these circumstances we require you to contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and that your items are faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; you will be entitled to a refund at the purchase price.

If you do not contact us and return the item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement product of equal value. Refunds can only be credited using original method of payment.

Please send all items back to us in original purchase condition with tags intact and all packaging included to:

Once we receive your items please allow 7 working days for us to process your return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you find that your item does not fit or suit, we can exchange for a different color way or style (if available) of equal value. This is deemed solely at the discretion solely of Age Eyewear.

To exchange your item, in the above circumstance, please email us your order details and an accompanying note explaining which style you require in exchange.

Items exchanged are at your own expense however your replacement items are shipped to you with no extra cost.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When an order has been paid for in full, we will notify you by email to inform you that your item/s have been shipped and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

 

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

For your convenience, each pair of Age Eyewear includes basic frame measurements.
